Please note that your booking is not confirmed until St Francis Bay Villas have issued a Reservation Confirmation.
Deposit and cancellation policy:
A deposit is payable on confirming a reservation.
Once your booking has been confirmed by the payment of your deposit, any cancellation up to 14 days before your check-in date incurs the full cost of your deposit, i.e 50% of the total cost of your accommodation fee. The full fee is charged for any cancellation within the 14 days prior to your check-in date.
