Introduction
St Francis Bay Villas stand on an impressive private plot of well over 5500m², bordering the main beach on one side and St Francis Bay Village Square on the other side. Centrally situated, guests can conveniently explore all that St Francis Bay has to offer. Essential amenities, popular restaurants, cafes and sporting facilities are all just a few steps away. So, whether it’s leisure, sport, business, dining, shopping or just old fashioned holiday fancies that you’re after, we’ll complement your choice of activities with great service and a comfortable place to stay.
The villas are 2 & 3 bedroom units, each with their own private entrance, balcony and courtyard. St Francis Bay Villas have been thoughtfully planned, equipped and furnished to provide our guests with an affordable, very spacious, clean and comfortable place to stay.
In all villas, the living areas and kitchen are located on the ground level and the bedrooms on the top floor. The villas have all the facilities you’ll need to enjoy your stay. We also provide bicycles free of charge if you want to explore the surroundings.
Ground Floor – Living Area
The kitchen is well equipped with a full range of appliances to enable you to easily cater for yourself. The open plan dining area with granite topped tables/counters and chairs links the kitchen to the lounge which has been refurbished and redecorated in a comfortable contemporary style. Each living area also has a casual bar space.
Entertainment facilities are provided. Each villa has 2 flat screen smart TVs, one in the living area and one in the main bedroom. DSTV is provided. Games and books come standard with each unit for guests’ use. Double patio doors from the living area open up on to the private courtyard which has outside seating space.
Bedrooms
There are 2 & 3 bedroom villas, each with a master bedroom which has a queen size bed and flat screen TV. The second and third bedrooms have single beds. All bedrooms have large, spacious built in cupboards. Bedrooms lead on to a private balcony.
Exterior
Each villa has its own private courtyard. Situated in front of the courtyard is a large, open grassy area where one can enjoy some outdoor activities or just relax. There is also a pool on the property, with a private access gate from the complex to the beach.
The peaceful location of the villas create a tranquil relaxation space. Wake up to singing birds in the morning and watch the setting sun at dusk while enjoying a glass of your favourite beverage.
